Mehron Makeup’s Mixing Liquid ™ is a must have in every artist’s makeup kit. It can be used to thin Mehron Liquid Makeup or can be mixed with Mehron’s Precious Gem Powders and Metallic Powders to create an intense liquid metallic that is water resistant. Mixing Liquid can also be used to adhere Mehron’s Paradise Glitter and Metallic Powders for a long wearing, dramatic look with zero fallout.
How to use: Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with loose glitter powder or other loose pigments to create a long wearing liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely and washes off easily with soap and water.
