What are your return policies?

All sales are final. If you order something from us online and it arrives broken or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier.

When can I expect my online order to arrive?

Online orders are processed between 1-3 days. Depending on the shipping method you've selected, domestic orders can take between 1-5 days to arrive, and international will typically take 7-10 days from the time we ship.

Do I need an appointment to come shop in person?

No! Appointments are only required for private parties and makeup services. We do not require an appointment for you to come in during our regular business hours.

Do you rent wigs?

No, because ew! Our wigs are offered at an affordable price point and we don't want to spend our lives washing fake hair.

I bought a wig from a different shop. Will you style it?

We only style wigs that are purchased from our store. If you're interested in ordering a custom style, please get in touch before purchasing a wig. 

Can you turn this long straight wig into a short and wavy asymmetrical angled bob?

Our styling is limited to bang trims and whatever magic we can whip up with a set of rollers, a can of hairspray and a teasing comb. If you're looking to have your wig transformed into a different hairstyle altogether, may we suggest... buying a new wig in the hairstyle you desire? We hear that some hairstylists will also work on synthetic wigs, but we don't have a reference for you.

I'm cutting off all my hair; can I donate it to you?

Thanks for thinking of us, but we do not take hair donations. Try Wigs for Kids or Locks of Love.

Do you sell human hair wigs?

We do not! All of our wigs are of the high quality synthetic variety.
