Viva Briliant Color is a color intensive pressed powder with pearlescent effects which can be applied dry or with a moistened brush or sponge, and are suitable for eyes, face and body. The pearlescent Mica pigments are responsible for the exclusive luster and glitter of the product. No metallic pigments are being used.
